GETTING STARTED:

In most instances, your Bankruptcy Documents will be available for signature within 48 hours from all required information being provided to our office. Should you desire not to use our online service, please call our office at 805-985-9588 Ext. 5 to schedule an interview / conference by telephone or in person.

Your bankruptcy papers require a complete listing of all of your debts. As a convenience to our customers to expedite gathering this detailed creditor information, we provide one free individual multi-bureau credit report per case. You will receive a copy of this report as soon as you have processed your payment for our services. For any creditor not listed on your credit report, you must provide the following information.

Company Name
Address
Account Number
Balance Due
Approximately when the debt was incurred
(or last time you used the credit card)
If any of your accounts have been turned over to a collection agency, please list the name, address, etc. of the collection agency as well as the original creditor.

If you are local to our office, your completed paperwork can be picked up in person. You should call to arrange a convenient time to meet with the Legal Document Assistant should you desire to pick you your paperwork at our office. If you reside outside our immediate area, you can make arrangements to have your documentation mailed to you/

PAYMENT OF FEES:

Individuals utilizing our online service will automatically be directed to our secure site to process payment by check. We must receive your payment before we can E-mail you a copy of your free credit report. Payment by a credit card in the name of the debtor cannot be accepted for bankruptcy document preparation. If you pick up your documents in person, payment must be made at that time in either cash, cashier’s check or money order.
