This office is not an attorney’s office.
This office cannot represent you in court
This office cannot select legal forms for you.
In order to comply with the State requirements, our office provides every client with an informative self-help procedural booklet
pertaining to Guardianship proceedings. This booklet contains information regarding the required and/or optional forms to be
utilized in your document preparation. Our flat fee for services includes the preparation of all recommended forms, including
pertinent LOCAL forms for your county, for a routine proceeding as set forth under the “Services” section of the Contract for Services.
