• PERSONAL ASSISTANCE: We feel every consumer is entitled to PERSONAL ASSISTANCE, even those who utilize the Internet. Unlike other Online document preparation services, our service offers you unlimited, direct contact, by telephone and e-mail, with the Legal Document Assistant preparing your paperwork.  After entering information pertinent to your particular legal matter through our data entry screens, you will immediately be directed to an area of our site which allows you to schedule a follow-up telephone appointment with the Legal Document Assistant preparing your documentation to review your submitted data.

• PROMPT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE: We recognize that time is of the essence in most legal proceedings. We make every effort to have your documentation prepared and ready for signature as soon as possible. Additionally, during the processing of your legal documentation we will always remain on hand to answer any procedural questions you may have. Keep in mind that our office cannot provide any type of legal advice as we are not attorneys. Although not always possible, our goal is to be available for every call during normal business hours. Should you be required to leave us a voice mail message, however, you can be assured that your call will be promptly returned.
